Chicken, Pig and Turkey... I have heard it all.
People work with various animals to
perform specific tasks and
want the respected title
of "Service" granted to such.
The Federal Government has stated simply what qualifies as a "Service Animal" .
- Beginning on March 15, 2011, only dogs are recognized as service animals.
- Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
